What is Home Automation?

Here is an example : You are on your way home with a visiter whom you want impress. All you have to do is, dial your home telephone number and enter some codes to turn on your favorite music or Tv program.

If you wish, you can dimm the lights, close the curtains and you can page your maid to prepare whatever, and finally when you arrive at your gate, you can use your telephone to open the gate and turn the drive way lights on. Infact there is no limit to what you can achieve with Home Automation System. It is also possible to receive full video and audio while you are in your car. This is very handy if you want to to see who is at home before entering....

With the use of a standard computer you can get all the benifits of true auromation by having things done at pre-determined time automatically or use a handheld controller to control any function you wish - Any thing is possible -

You can now operate all system components by verbal command, this is the latest addition to Home Automation. You say LIGHTS and voila, lights are dimmed and so on.
